On the train approaching Bangor, it all got a bit much for Chris. Finding somewhere to camp tonight then out onto Lon Las Cymru first thing tomorrow.

Photos of our travelling across Indonesia, and some more bits of Indonesia, and thence to Borneo where we spent Christmas with the orangutans, New Year in Brunei, saw lots of batshit, went to the middle of nowhere, before getting onto the mainland in Cambodia, and Laos. Onwards on a short, crazy visit to Thailand so we could get visas for Myanmar before then getting to Nepal and the Himalayan highpoint Everest and a city break in Kathmandu, from which we flew south for the final few weeks in Sri Lanka. Phew.
Back on my bike and on my blog.
In logistics mode planning a bank holiday weekend trip: train to Holyhead, cycling back to Bristol, something combining bits of this route and the Lon Las Cymru trail. Rational people suggest this may be a little ambitious but I think we can do it.
